Our new web site will go live in the next few hours. We are very proud of the new design and improved usability and we hope you are too. One major change is that from now on every user will have his own personal suite address to replace the no longer efficient system of registering orders. The Ship It page no longer exists. The new system is very user friendly and we will be walking through it with you below.
Your personal US Unlocked suite address
When you log into the US Unlocked site you are automatically taken to your control panel. Your suite address is showing on the right of that page. You can use this address for all your orders. There is no longer a need to first register your orders anymore. If you are also a US Unlocked Card user, you will note that the shipping and billing address are identical which makes for a speedy check out.
When your orders are delivered to us
Every time goods are received for you they are placed in your suite. You will receive an email with subject: New Items Added To Your Suite!
When you then log into your account, click to go to 'My Suite'. Here you will see an itemized list of all the goods we have received and processed for you. If you are expecting more deliveries you do not have to do anything. When the next order arrives you will receive another notification email.
Ready to ship - Step 1
When you are ready to have the items or part of them shipped to you, check the items you want shipped like in the image below and click 'Request Shipment'. If you have left items unchecked they will remain in your suite.
Ready to ship - Step 2
The next step is to enter the US dollar value per item. Please, be precise. The value of the goods you enter determines the insured value when you choose to add insurance and also is the value that is declared for customs.
Ready to ship - Step 3When you have requested the shipment, our warehouse team will start the re-packing and consolidation process. On your control panel you will see 'Total Available Soon' under Pay Now. Within one business day you will receive a payment request for the shipping cost of this package to your country. The pay link on your control panel will now be active and say 'Pay Now'. Click on it to complete your payment.
When clicked on the Pay Now link, choose your payment method. We have added the possibility to pay with Visa or MasterCard along Paypal.
If you are a US Unlocked Card holder, you will see an extra button 'US Unlocked' as shown below. When you choose this method, you will be completing your payment with the balance on your US Unlocked Card.
Please, be prepared for some downtime while we are putting the new site live. We should be back in the air by early Wednesday morning. We look forward to your feedback!
