The last golf game that the 2 big dogs in the sports industry (2K and EA Sports) made was Rory Mcllroy PGA Tour back in 2015. The company HB Studios has made a couple of golf games since then The Golf Club (2014), The Golf Club 2 (2017) and The Golf Club 2019 featuring The PGA Tour. The Golf Club 2019 is the only game in the last 5 years to have PGA Tour pros in the game. That is why PGA Tour 2K has so much build up around it!

I am personally very excited for this game and especially to jump into TPC Scottsdale with their famous Hole #16 the “The Stadium Hole”. I am glad that 2K has added the course design feature which will allow people to create other famous courses that they were not able to have the licensing for or anything you can think of!
The digital and physical versions are out now on Xbox and Playstation but just the digital version is available on the Nintendo Switch for right now.
