You must work with the merchant first regarding any dispute.
What if the merchant is uncooperative about my dispute?
If the merchant is uncooperative, reach out to us and we’ll see how we can best assist you regarding your concerns.
Please note that the filing for dispute is 60 days from the date of purchase. Please provide a signed letter detailing on why you are requesting a dispute along with screenshots of the order and conversation with the merchant.
